Miles Fisher founded Fire and Building Code Services in 1996 with a mission to provide New York City's real estate industry with truly independent and expert fire alarm code consulting. A licensed Professional Engineer in New York State, Miles brings decades of hands-on experience with NYC Building Code, Fire Code and FDNY inspection processes across every major occupancy type, from luxury residential towers to hospitals and large-scale commercial developments. His direct relationships with FDNY Electrical Unit Inspectors and DOB Borough Commissioners have been instrumental in navigating complex approvals and keeping projects on schedule.
